Accepted Answer

Xintong is a manufacturer. Founded in 1999, we operate a 100,000 m² production base in Gaoyou, Jiangsu, China, with 7 production lines covering steel pole forming, welding, hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating and LED / solar lighting assembly. Buyers are welcome to audit the factory on site or by live video.

Question 2

Which markets do you serve, and which standards and certifications do you work to?

Accepted Answer

Our products are installed in 80+ countries, including Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and South America. We manufacture to EN, ASTM and AASHTO specifications under ISO-based quality management, and supply material certificates, galvanizing reports and test records with each shipment.

We provide both. Beyond supplying poles and luminaires, our engineers prepare CAD structural drawings, 3D renderings and DIALux lighting simulations, then support installation remotely or on site. Warranty coverage is available for up to 10 years depending on the product.

What information do you need to prepare an accurate technical proposal?

Accepted Answer

Please share the application and road width, required mounting height, illumination standard or target lux, local design wind speed, power supply type (grid or solar), required autonomy days for solar systems, quantity, delivery port and any tender specification documents.

Question 5

How do you protect steel poles against corrosion?

Accepted Answer

Poles are fabricated from Q235 or Q355 structural steel and hot-dip galvanized after welding, with optional polyester powder coating. This system is designed for a service life of 25+ years in typical outdoor environments.
