Addressing Complex Global Tender Mandates

Evaluating total lifecycle risks, structural integrity requirements, and capital efficiency for institutional buyers.

Tender-Ready Technical Files

Global EPC contractors regularly face project delays due to incomplete submittals. Xintong provides comprehensive technical submittal packages containing structural wind calculations, AASHTO / EN pole compliance certificates, and full DIALux photometrics within 48 hours.

Corrosion & Coastal Defense

Port installations, mining roads, and coastal highways require high resilience against salt spray and moisture. Our poles feature internal and external hot-dip galvanization conforming to ASTM A123 / EN ISO 1461, providing 86+ microns of zinc barrier protection.

Lifecycle LCOE Optimization

Industrial procurement prioritizes Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) over low initial purchase costs. By combining high-lumen Philips/Cree LED chips (up to 210 lm/W) with balanced battery autonomy, we maximize operational uptime while minimizing unbudgeted site maintenance.

Advanced Fabrication

China Factory 4.0: Supply Chain Resilience & Scale

Operating a vertically integrated industrial base in Gaoyou, Jiangsu—the global epicenter of steel pole and lighting manufacturing.

CNC Forming Precision

Equipped with 1,600-ton hydraulic tandem press brakes producing single-seam polygonal, octagonal, and conical poles up to 16 meters in a single operation.

Submerged Arc Welding

Automatic submerged-arc longitudinal seam welding ensures full penetration without cold joints, meeting AWS D1.1 structural welding specifications.

Continuous Galvanizing

Internal hot-dip galvanizing kettles ensure complete metallurgical bonding of zinc, eliminating standard out-of-factory logistics delays common to smaller workshops.

Automated QC Stations

Rigorous ultrasonic testing, zinc thickness magnetic gauges, spectrophotometer color matching, and full photometric testing in our dedicated darkroom tunnel.

Project Blueprints

Macro-Industry Lighting Applications

Turnkey structural and optical configurations customized to demanding operating environments.

Highways & Expressways

Designed to deliver high uniformity ratios (Uo > 0.40) and low glare (TI < 10%) per EN 13201 standards. Utilizes Type II/III optical distributions paired with high-capacity split solar configurations to deliver uncompromised lighting classes ME1 to ME3.

Ports, Terminals & Mining Hubs

High-mast polygonal systems reaching heights up to 40 meters. Integrated with high-lumen floodlights and specialized marine-grade powder coatings to withstand continuous sulfur, saline, and dust exposure.

Smart Municipal Arterials

Multi-functional smart poles merging autonomous solar generation with IoT environmental sensors, public Wi-Fi access points, CCTV security cameras, and dynamic EV charging capabilities.

Forward Engineering

Technical Roadmap & Future Outlook

Continuous evolution across photovoltaics, energy management, and smart edge computing.

Engineering FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Essential technical and manufacturing answers for EPC project managers and municipal specifiers.

Are you a manufacturing factory or a trading company?
Xintong is an established manufacturer founded in 1999. We operate a self-owned 100,000 m² production base in Gaoyou, Jiangsu, China, featuring 7 dedicated production lines spanning steel pole bending, automatic submerged welding, hot-dip galvanizing, electrostatic powder coating, and LED / solar system assembly. Buyers and EPC procurement managers are welcome to conduct on-site factory audits or arrange real-time live video inspections.
Which markets do you serve, and which standards and certifications do you work to?
Our products are installed in 80+ countries across Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America. We manufacture strictly to EN 40, ASTM A123, and AASHTO specifications under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 quality management systems. Every project shipment includes full material mill certificates, galvanizing thickness reports, and photometric IES files.
Do you only sell individual products, or do you provide complete turnkey solutions?
We provide full turnkey systems. Beyond supplying poles, solar panels, and LED luminaires, our engineering department provides comprehensive CAD structural drawings, wind-load calculation reports, and DIALux lighting simulations to ensure tender compliance. We offer installation guidance and support warranties extending up to 10 years depending on selected system specifications.
What critical inputs are needed to generate an accurate technical and commercial proposal?
To engineer an optimal system, please provide: road width and application type, required mounting height, targeted illuminance standard or lux levels, local design wind velocity (m/s or km/h), power supply requirement (off-grid solar, hybrid, or grid-tied), required days of autonomy for continuous rain/overcast conditions, total project quantities, delivery port, and any tender specifications.
How do you protect steel poles and structures against harsh environmental corrosion?
All poles are fabricated from certified Q235 or Q355 structural steel and undergo full immersion hot-dip galvanization (internal and external) per ASTM A123 / EN ISO 1461. For coastal and industrial installations, we apply an electrostatic thermosetting polyester powder coating over the galvanized substrate. This dual-layer protective finish delivers a service life exceeding 25 years.
